Terms of service
These terms describe what you can expect from Budjett and your responsibilities when using it.
Effective 6 October 2026
1. About Budjett
Dipendra Chaudhary operates this service as Budjett. Contact dipendrac3@gmail.com for support or questions about these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Google sign-in is optional. Use only your own account or information you have permission to manage. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms; where your country requires it, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
3. What the service does
Budjett helps you record and organise income, expenses, budgets, wallets and savings goals. Its calculations depend on the information you enter. Check amounts, dates and currencies, and keep copies of records you need.
Budjett is not a bank, brokerage, payment service or investment adviser. It does not hold your money or execute financial transactions. Budget suggestions, exchange-rate illustrations, news and assistant responses are for general information, not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. They do not guarantee savings, income or investment returns.
Exchange rates may be indicative, dated or unavailable and may exclude fees. Changing a display currency does not exchange money. Confirm rates and decisions with the relevant financial provider. Sample records and charts in the demo are illustrative.
4. Free service and future plans
Only the Free package is currently available. Paid packages shown as coming soon are previews, not purchases or subscriptions. No payment card is required for the current free account, and selecting or viewing a planned package does not authorise a charge.
If paid services are introduced, their price, billing currency, taxes where applicable, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase. You will not be moved to a paid subscription without your agreement. Planned features may change before release.
5. Responsible use
Do not use Budjett for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment or storing information you have no right to use. Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware or disrupt the service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the support address.
6. Your content and our service
You retain your rights in the records you provide. You permit Budjett and its service providers to process those records only as needed to operate the features you use and as described in the privacy policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your financial records to us.
The Budjett name, branding, software and site content belong to their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not present its branding or content as your own. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.
7. Availability and limitations
Budjett is an evolving service. Features may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or fixes, and errors can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that information will meet every financial or accounting requirement. Export important records regularly.
You remain responsible for financial decisions and for checking information before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Closing or restricting an account
You can stop using Budjett at any time. To request account closure and deletion, email the support address from your registered email. We may need to verify your identity. Export anything you need first; retention and deletion are explained in the privacy policy.
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us about it. If we discontinue the service, we will aim to give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your records.
9. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email as appropriate, with an opportunity to stop using it if you disagree. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in a court available to you under the law of your country.
